Rome weather is quite temperate. Highs in the summer reach into the low 90's Fahrenheit (low 30's Celsius), and in the winter into the mid 50's Fahrenheit (low teens Celsius). While rainfall does tend to be heaviest during the winter months, showers happen the year around. The summer months are perhaps the least pleasant, so if you can travel in the spring or fall, those are the best times to see the city and its treasures. Generally speaking the Mediterranean climate makes Rome weather uneventful.
